Take a tour of our dojo and picture yourself working out with us learning martial arts, getting fit and having fun! Once you see what a great "Place of Practice" we have, come by
so we can meet you and try out a free class.

We are proud to be the only facility in this area to offer the new Swain Mats Flex Roll flooring system. These revolutionary mats use high-density cross-link foam which uses tiny air pockets to cushion falls and take downs while remaining firm enough to pivot and kick on making this flooring system perfect for grappling, throwing and striking martial arts.
