Longs Team Karate

Long's Team Karate is a Martial Arts Team coached by Mark A. Long, two time world champion in the World Sport Karate Federation and a Team USA Gold Medalist.  The goal of Longs Team Karate is to help equip our youth with education and advancement of the Martial Arts, but also to instill them with skills for a lifetime such as honor, integrity, discipline and commitment.

HOUSTON NATIONALS MARCH 13th & 14th.

Chuck Norris was there and some of our members were

privileged enough to be presented by Chuck!

The team is made up of students from Long's Shotokan Karate Academy who compete through out the Midwest along with a National Team who competes across the US as well as other countries.  Members range in age and experience from beginner to advanced.  Each member is encouraged to participate in different styles from self-defense, weapons, kata and sparring.
